Domestic & International Shipping
Your order will be delivered through Australia Post, Sendle Courier, DHL eCommerce or Couriers Please (please see below for International shipping information). The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Please check full details at www.daisyandpups.com.au Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak season (Christmas and Easter).
Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, Daisy and Pups do not take responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address. Please advise us as soon as possible and PRIOR to sending your parcel if your address is incorrect. Since if your parcel is shipped there is nothing further we can do. All our parcels are carefully packed and posted in secure packaging for maximum protection however please be advised that we do NOT take any personal responsibility for the courier service, there is always a small chance the item becomes lost or damaged in transit.
Please allow 1-6 business days for domestic orders to be dispatched and allow up to 2-5 business days for international orders to be dispatched. Please allow an additional 6-12 business days for order to be dispatched during a sale and peak season period.
International Shipping
We do ship overseas! Please allow 6-12 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. Your order will be delivered through DHL eCommerce in most cases. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. In addition to the Items and delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information so that you are sure about the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order. We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes and in the event that you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us, we will require you to pay any costs that we have incurred as a consequence.

Cancellation of Orders
Daisy and Pups may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we cannot cancel or refund orders. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible to make changes.
