Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be thrilled with your Daisy & Pups product and we stand behind the quality of every item we make. If something does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us so we can make it right for you asap.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for a return: info@daisyandpups.com.au Please include your invoice with the return enquiry.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
- Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit only (gift card).
- We cannot accept returns after 60 days.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 4-5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.
We do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind.
Please note, final sale items are not eligible for a return.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour or a new product, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead.
